TRAINING FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS PRACTITIONERS

Writing Effective Press Releases on Financial News

Financial news releases require a high level of precision in writing as well as some understanding of corporate finance, due to the many facts and figures that need to be conveyed.

Press releases still remain as one of the most effective ways to reach your organisation’s investors and investing public.  A well-crafted press release will help you to communicate your intended messages. However, it should first grab the attention of the media. The key messages about your business should be clearly conveyed and reported by the media. Only then will you achieve your intended purpose of reporting your financial results effectively and build the confidence of your target audience.

This course will help participants turn data points into a compelling story that will interest not just local media but also the many regional business and finance-focused publications based in Singapore.
