Communicating effectively is a vital skill. You have to deal with customers, clients, investors, members of the public, the media and various other stakeholders. You are often faced with a variety of business communication. Some of them are routine while others require careful
planning and research.
Press releases remain as one of the most effective ways for you to reach your organisation’s various stakeholders. A well-crafted press release will help you to communicate your intended message but first it should be picked up and reported by the media. Only then will your intended message reach your target audience. How do you then re-purpose the press release for the social media?
