Interviews may sound like a conversation but they are important business communications. In the crowded marketplace, it is vital to seize these opportunities to ensure your voice is heard.
Explore techniques that prepare your spokesperson to deliver successful interviews on broadcast and social media, to boost the positive narrative of your organisation by effective delivery of key messages. In this highly interactive course, you will also practise methods to determine negative lines of questioning in advance, and teach your spokesperson to deal with them.
